Shipping and delivery

This page describes how orders leave COOKPOINT KITCHEN SUPPLY LLC. A time is stated only when it has been configured.

Orders are processed after payment

An order is processed after payment is confirmed. Checkout can currently save an order as awaiting payment, because a payment processor is not connected. Unpaid orders are not shipped.

Shipping destination

We ship to: United States.

Estimated processing time

A processing time has not been configured. It will be published here when it is set.

Estimated delivery time

A delivery estimate has not been configured. Checkout will not promise a date until a rate and timeframe are set.

Tracking

A tracking number is added on the order tracking page when the carrier provides one. Email delivery of tracking is not connected yet.

Look up a shipment with the order number and the email used at checkout. The shop updates that page by hand.

Carrier delays

After a package is handed to a carrier, weather, volume, and address issues can change the arrival date. Those delays are outside this shop's control, and they are not a guaranteed delivery date.

International shipping

International shipping is not enabled.
